3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of RioCloud Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables created under service agreements transfer ownership as specified in those agreements.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use our services for lawful purposes only, and not attempt to interfere with our systems or security measures.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise noted, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.

7. Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
