RioCloud Solutions was founded in Chandigarh in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, around one observation: most growing businesses were juggling four or five separate vendors — one for the website, one for ads, one for social, one for hosting, none for AI — and every handoff between them leaked money, time and accountability. We set out to build the team we couldn't find for ourselves: one partner that designs the site, runs the campaigns, manages the cloud and automates the busywork, to enterprise standards, without enterprise overhead.
Our first clients were local. A Chandigarh florist with no online presence became our proving ground: we built the e-commerce store, ran the Instagram strategy and the Google Ads, and within three weeks the shop was taking international orders — the engagement that became our 1,650% Instagram growth case study. That project set the pattern we still follow: one team, end to end, measured by revenue rather than deliverables.
Six years on, we serve 100+ brands across 12 countries — D2C brands in Chandigarh, SaaS companies in Singapore, e-commerce platforms in Oslo, financial services firms in London. Our 120+ services span 10 categories, but the yardstick has never changed: revenue added, costs removed, and hours given back to the founder. Around 90% of our clients stay beyond 12 months — for a retainer-led agency, that number is the business.
We are not a services-only shop. We build and ship our own software — Loadout — Skills for your AI and Minuto are launching soon. Running our own product means every recommendation we make to a client — stack, architecture, ad platform, automation tool — is something we have deployed, broken and fixed on our own infrastructure first.
2026 is the year the discovery layer changed. Buyers no longer always start on Google — they ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. We were among the first agencies in India to package Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) as a formal service line, and we practice it on our own site: full schema coverage, llms.txt, citation-ready content, and crawler access for the AI engines that now answer buying questions.
What we optimize for hasn't changed since 2020: fewer vendors, tighter feedback loops, and numbers a founder can read in one dashboard. Everything below — our process, our stack, our team structure — exists to serve that.
